A little about me

Hi my name is Tara.

I’ve been working in the Real Estate Industry since 2007. I Love all things to do with property, whether it’s admiring the vast selection of architecture around the streets of Melbourne, watching a new home being built from the ground up, right through to hearing the stories from the families who fill them, and just being a small part of the journey of selling and buying Real Estate.

Although I am a qualified Real Estate agent, I choose to work alongside agents to assist in their marketing campaigns for up and coming listed properties. Combining my enthusiasm for attention to detail, and forming visually pleasing drawings using laser technology, a sketch pad and a pencil, floor and site plans allow prospective buyers to visually understand the layout and size of homes. Now one of the essential elements when producing material for the marketing campaign, my services find me travelling the streets of Melbourne and beyond, visiting any style or property, big or small, intimate or grand, rural or seaside. I love them all!

I base my work from my car and from my home in Croydon Hills, which allows me to blend my working hours in with the needs’ of my family, whilst providing my agent customers and my private vendors flexible time solutions.

With almost 10 years’ experience in working as a Real Estate Copywriter and Floor Plan artist, I can guarantee a professional, enthusiastic and punctual work ethic at all times, and with a lengthy background in Business and Marketing, I understand the importance in working closely with my agents to not only get “the job done”, but to make it as pleasant as possible for what most often are, emotional vendors, or tenants who can be a uncertain of the process and don’t want their home or times disturbed.
